Contact forms are used on sites to help visitors have direct contact to the owners of the site. Any contact forms that have been submitted will be sent via email through to the admin email address of the site or the custom email address entered into the contact plugin.

The contact form requires that you configure reCAPTCHA in the site configuration.

The contact form requires that you select an email template.
